6.1 Payment by Card
Payment by card is made in complete safety conditions. Accepted cards are those issued under the logos VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.
6.2 Cash Payment
Cash payment is made at the clinic reception on the day of the medical service.
6.3 Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer (po) must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of the service within 24 hours, the amount paid can be refunded or credited towards future services. In case of late cancellations, the clinic reserves the right not to return the amount paid.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the site, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of SKINA Clinic and Mongia Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics SRL and is protected by copyright law..
- Limitation of Liability
SKINA Clinic is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
- Applicable Legislation
The terms and conditions are governed by Romanian laws, and any disputes that may arise between the SKINA clinic and users will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Romania.
