          1. APPOINTMENTS<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Appointments can be made online through our platform or by phone. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Payment<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              We accept the following payment methods: credit\/debit card, cash and bank transfer (po). Payment is required to confirm the contracted services.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.1 Payment by Card<\/b><\/p>\n

              Payment by card is made in complete safety conditions. Accepted cards are those issued under the logos VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2 Cash Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

              Cash payment is made at the clinic reception on the day of the medical service.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.3 Bank Transfer<\/b><\/p>\n

              Payment by bank transfer (po) must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the appointment date.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                In case of cancellation of the service within the 24-hour period, the amount paid may be refunded or credited for future services. In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours from the date of the appointment, the clinic reserves the right not to return the amount paid. Amounts related to payments made for booking appointments for Lipo-Derm procedures or\/and special price offers for which an advance payment is required are not refundable in case of no-show on the established day and time or\/and if the cancellation of the appointment for the mentioned services was communicated to the Skina clinic less than three working days from the date of the appointment in the case of the Lipo-Derm procedure or 48 hours in the case of special offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Intellectual Property Rights<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The content of the site, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of SKINA Clinic and Mongia Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics SRL and is protected by copyright law.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
